A Collective Breath, Shared in Presence

Pop-up sessions are in-person group breathwork classes held in Washington, DC and, at times, in other cities and countries as I travel.

Each session is unique –  shaped by the space, the group, and the collective energy. We begin by grounding into the room and setting a shared intention. From there, I guide the group through active breathwork at a pace that feels safe, supportive, and accessible for everyone.

Group breathwork creates a powerful collective energy. While each person has their own internal experience, the shared presence of the group often allows for deeper release, emotional softening, and a strong sense of connection.

At the end of the session, we move into a relaxing sound bath to support integration and help the nervous system settle.

These sessions are open to all levels – beginners and experienced breathers are always welcome.
