Couples Breathwork  Session

A Grounded Space for Connection & Presence

Couples sessions create a shared breathwork experience for partners, friends, or family members who want to deepen connection, communication, and emotional presence. You’ll breathe together, move through your own individual experience, and reconnect with each other in a grounded, open-hearted way.

We begin with grounding and intention setting as a pair. During the breathwork, I guide both of you gently and evenly, helping your bodies soften, release tension, and move through whatever arises in a supported and safe space.

At the end of the session, you’ll receive a relaxing sound bath for integration, followed by time to journal and (if you choose) share reflections with each other.

This session is meaningful for any two people wanting a deeper bond, emotional release, or simply a beautiful shared experience of breath.

In-person guidance for both partners

90-minute session

~45 minutes of active breathing

Relaxing sound bath included

Intention setting as a pair

Integration support + journaling

Optional connection exercises (guided based on comfort level)
