TYPES OF SESSIONS

Private Session (1 child)
An individual session tailored to the child’s needs, such as emotional regulation, focus, stress relief, sleep support, or calming the nervous system.

Breathwork Family Session
A shared experience for parent and child to practice breathing together, strengthen connection, and learn supportive tools they can also use at home.

Small Group Sessions
Ideal for small groups of children in wellness spaces, community settings, private events, or community gatherings. Each session combines playful breathing exercises.
