MEET MARTA

Breathwork Facilitator

I’m Marta. For years, I lived with depression, deep emotional heaviness, and the daily challenges of Hashimoto’s. My body was exhausted, my mind felt overwhelmed, and I didn’t feel connected to myself anymore.


Breathwork became the space where everything shifted.
It helped me release stored emotions, regulate my nervous system, and slowly return to a calmer, clearer version of myself.


I no longer live with depression, and although Hashimoto’s is still a part of my life, breathwork helps me feel grounded, balanced, and deeply supported from within.


Now I guide others through that same journey – gently, safely, and with presence. My sessions create space for you to breathe deeper, feel lighter, and reconnect with who you truly are.

You don’t have to carry everything by yourself.

Zen HourMonthly Online Group Sessions


A 90-minute monthly online breathwork experience you can join from anywhere. A consistent space to slow down, release stress, and reset your nervous system through breath and sound.


Pop-Up Group Sessions


In-person group breathwork experiences hosted in DC and other locations locally and internationally. Focused on collective energy, deep emotional release, and integration in a supportive community setting.
